Minnesota governor Tim Walz forced a time limitation on Hennepin, Ramsey, and Anoka Counties after a cop shot and killed a man during a traffic stop outside of Minneapolis.
The check in time will last from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m., and will be authorized by what Walz depicted as the “biggest police presence in Minnesota history.”
